Dear Guests, we’re excited to welcome you back!
We have been touched and are grateful for the continued support we have received from our valued guests since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Over the past few weeks, Governor Gretchen Whitmer has laid the groundwork for a gradual reopening of our economy. We have chosen to move at a deliberate and cautious pace towards the reopening of CityFlatsHotel, The Parlour, and our events spaces with our biggest priority being the safety of our guests and staff. We have decided to keep CitySen Lounge and CityBru temporarily closed.
We are keeping current with the wealth of guidelines for the hospitality industry prepared by various government agencies and trade associations. Every CityFlatsHotel team member has completed extensive, professional training that has allowed us to reopen our doors with confidence and the assurance of the highest safety levels.
Our Front Desk Agents are ready and available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our rates, packages, and flexible cancellation policies. In addition, our General Manager, John Lagazo, is available to speak with you at your convenience regarding our safety protocols, policies, and procedures at firstname.lastname@example.org or directly at 616-608-1720.
We have listed some of our protocols and best practices, not only for your safety but for the safety of our Team and our community. This list is by no means inclusive of everything we are doing here at CityFlatsHotel to ensure your safety.
Please note that our policies and procedures are subject to change based on guidance and recommendations from the Government Authorities.
On behalf of the entire CityFlatsHotel team, thank you once again for your support and kindness. We are truly looking forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back!
